How to prepare your shake
Chocolate protein smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Nutri-max whey isolate powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional for added sweetness)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- If the smoothie is too thick ,you can add more milk until it reaches your desired consistency
- pour into a glass and enjoy as a post-workout snack or a satisfying breakfast
Chocolate Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened milk
- 1 scoop Nutri-max whey isolate powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional for added sweetness)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the oats and milk.
- Cook the oats over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches your desire consistency (5-7min).
- Stir in the chocolate whey protein powder, coco powder, honey if using and a pinch of salt.
- Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to combine every thing.
- Remove from heat and transfer to the bowl.
- Enjoy your protein-packed chocolate oat meal
